Description: GREAT PROJECT TRUCK, ALL ORIGINAL PARTS! 1966 Ford F-100 Custom Cab Styleside pickup with twin I-beam suspension; this is the last year this model was manufactured, this truck was a special order and top-of-the-line back then. Original 352 5.8 ltr V-8 engine, 3-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, factory towing package. Original engine/drive train. Original oil-bath air cleaner and 2-barrel carb. Last driven in 2012, only 3,000 miles on top-end engine rebuild. Has been stored outdoors in Arizona. New (rebuilt) alternator still in the box is included, needs battery and fan belts. Engine should run great with flush and new fluids. Lights, turn indicators & original gauges (except fuel gauge) are functional. Iconic curved windshield, crank windows in doors, and windwings are original factory-installed glass in great condition. This is a great project truck that needs minimal work to get on the road! Tires rotted from the sun, but rims are good. The only non-original parts are the rear window - which was replaced with a slider - the seat, and side mirrors; original round chrome mirrors are included (see photo). Body is straight and solid, only cosmetic rust (most of the red color in photos is primer). Bed is solid but has a couple of small rust-through spots. Two body defects: small dent in hood popped out 30 years ago, and dent in passenger side near factory-installed in-bed tool box (see photos). This truck has been in the family since the early 1980s, only driven when carrying capacity was needed through 2012 (we bought a new pickup). This truck is special - most others for sale have the standard inline 6 engine and standard trans. We no longer have the physical strength and stamina needed to fix it up or drive a vehicle without power steering and power brakes; we'd like find a new loving home for our old reliable friend. Clear Arizona title. Sold as-is, buyer must transport.
